About AXEN

What is AXEN Realty?

National Mortgage Professional called AXEN's growth "a pace that has never been done before in real estate."

How fast is AXEN growing?

AXEN onboarded 500+ agents in its first 90 days, a growth rate nobody in the industry has seen before. The company currently operates in 48 states and maintains zero agent attrition.

What states is AXEN in?

AXEN is actively licensed and operating across 48 states. States with active state brokers include Oklahoma, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio. More states are being added regularly. Visit the State Brokers page or interactive map for current status.

Commission & Fees

How does the AXEN commission structure work?

AXEN offers two plans:

  • Pro Plan: $299 per closing with a $6,000 annual cap
  • Elite Plan: $199 per closing with a $12,000 annual cap

After you hit your cap, you keep 100% of every commission for the rest of your anniversary year. No percentage splits ever.

What is the cap and how does it work?

Your cap is the maximum total fees you pay AXEN in a year. Pro Plan caps at $6,000 (about 20 closings), Elite Plan at $12,000 (about 60 closings). Once you hit your cap, you pay $0 per closing for the remainder of that anniversary year. The cap resets annually from your join date.

Is there a monthly fee or desk fee?

No monthly fees and no desk fees. AXEN's only cost to agents is the flat fee per closing, which stops entirely once you hit your annual cap. No production minimums, no hidden charges.

What is same-day pay?

AXEN agents get paid the same day their deal closes. No waiting days or weeks for commission checks, and your money hits your account the same day you close.

Does AXEN offer a reverse sign-on bonus?

Yes. AXEN offers a reverse sign-on bonus where your first few closings are fee-free, so you start earning right away without owing anything back. You start earning from day one without owing anything back.

What is the revenue share program?

AXEN offers a 5-level revenue share program. When agents you recruit close deals, you earn a percentage of their transaction fees, up to 5 levels deep. The more agents in your network, the more you earn. Details are available on the Why AXEN page.

Do I have to use NEXA Lending?
